Our classes are carefully structured and begin with a group warm up and
conditioning on and off the pole, to get your body moving and prepared for class.
Once you are fully warmed up the instructor will give the whole class either a new
trick or combo to try. Variations and accommodations are always made for those who
need it.
You will then be working your way through our studio syllabus, designed to ensure
the best and safest progression in your pole journey. The move/moves you are working
towards will be demonstrated and explained by your instructor. You work through the syllabus at your own pace.
You will not be expected to do things you cannot, and there are all sorts of accommodations and changes that can be made, depending on what you want and your skill level. You will see some people do different things based on where they are in the syllabus, and you will find everyone has moves they pick up quickly and some they struggle with. This is all dependent on anything from natural body shape, to frequency to interest.
We will work with you to progress at your own pace through the syllabus, and will be happy to listen to your pole wants and needs and adjust accordingly. Remember strength takes time and consistency but we will be there cheering you every step of the way.
